My Top 5 Spring Break Bucket List Destinations

A few months ago, I posted about five recommended spring break destinations based on my previous experiences in each location. You can check out that post by clicking here. Although everyone’s spring break seems scattered this year, mine has finally arrived! At the end of this post, I will share where I’m going, but I also wanted to dedicate this post to sharing a few places I would LOVE to visit for spring break that are currently on my bucket list. Please note: I would be willing to visit any of these locations during any reasonable time of the year! Here are my top 5 spring break bucket list destinations:

1. Cartagena, Colombia

I learned about this place through TikTok and was amazed by the large Afro-Colombian culture within the city. The beach seems relaxing, the streets are super colorful, and the city has such a rich history. After doing some research, I found there are plenty of fun things to do in the city, ranging from walking tours, boat rides, and simply exploring the local shops and restaurants.

2. Belize City, Belize

Belize has been on my radar for a while! I love being near the beach, and from what I’ve researched, it appears to be a perfect place to unwind. Belize City also has a rich history and I would love to explore the downtown area!

3. Bali, Indonesia

When I think of Bali, I think of mental retreats and relaxation. I’d love to experience a traditional massage, visit the famous temples, and relax by the beach if I visited there!

4. Barcelona, Spain

Barcelona appears to be a city full of energy, art, and incredible food. Although I’ve been to Europe, I did not have a chance to visit Spain. I’ve always been fascinated with the architecture there, and I know pictures wouldn’t do it justice compared to seeing it in person. It would be DREAM to see the Sagrada Família!

5. Amalfi Coast

Please take a second to look at a snapshot of this area. It is absolutely beautiful! I mentally told myself that when I turn a certain age, I would love to be on a yacht with my favorite people, sailing across the Amalfi Coast with lots of limoncello on deck! There’s just something about the dramatic cliffs, colorful scenery, and clear waters that makes it a dream destination.

I feel as though if I write/type things out, I speak things into existence. I hope in the future, I’ll be able to share my experience in ALL of these locations from my spring break bucket list! Have you been to any of these places? Where’s your dream spring break destination?

P.S., I’ll be spending the first part of my spring break in Cartagena, the first-mentioned destination! I can’t to share my experience! ✈️✨
